CREATIVES
We’re always on the lookout for exciting artists.
We work with a wide range of adult creatives from different professional backgrounds. We pride ourselves in employing a mix of those who have studied at drama school and those with non-traditional training.
How do we work?
We audition and interview for next season’s cast and crew in the spring. We then devise the show before performing it around the UK throughout the summer.
Once part of the team, you’ll be able to broaden your skillset with us until the following year’s team is announced.
· Get to grips with unknown works - learn how to perform them with confidence and use them to devise an exciting new show.
· Work on your facilitating and directing skills – join our team to run workshops for communities and prospective actors while being paid.
· Develop your skills in production, production design and marketing - with expert guidance from our experienced team.

HIRE US
We provide free, non-ticketed theatre for your whole community to enjoy.
Easily accessing town centres and community spaces in a pickup truck that doubles as our stage.
Performing in urban neighbourhoods means we can include the wider community, support local businesses by providing potential custom and bring theatre to those who have difficulty accessing the arts.
We endeavour to create theatre that:
· Tells stories that are relevant to today’s audience and your community.
· Sheds light on societal challenges and inequalities.
· Explores different mindsets and attitudes in society.
· Opens up discussions and educates.
· Builds social connections.
· Provides a source of comfort.
· Encourages empathy and compassion.
Through dynamic and entertaining theatre we can build stronger communities, unite people, and inspire creativity.
Bring your town together.
“It’s great to see young theatre companies and young actors.”
Audience members at Brixton Market in October 2021 meeting the creatives after the performance. Despite the rain there was an immense sense of joy and connection as many stayed for long after the final bow of the launch season!
